Spin-off BBC series “Murder, Mystery and My Family: Case Closed?” follows Jeremy Dein and Sasha Wass – two of Britain’s leading barristers – as they revisit historic cases investigated on Chalkboard TV’s flagship programme “Murder, Mystery, and My Family”.
In each episode the barristers reunite with the family at the heart of the case to explore how the investigation and judge’s verdict from the original programme impacted their lives.
We follow the family’s ongoing quest to clear their ancestor’s name by exploring new pieces of evidence, submitting to the Criminal Cases Review Commission, and reuniting with long-lost family members, and more.
The first series of “Murder, Mystery, and My Family: Case Closed?” was broadcast on BBC One in 2019. The second series aired in 2020 and series 3 and 4 aired in 2021.
