Seven celebrities spend a week at Britain’s toughest weight-loss retreat, as they bid to get back in the best shape of their career.
The celebrities taking on the extreme weight-loss challenge are; actress and TV personality Jennifer Ellison, Gogglebox's Sandi Bogle, The Only Way Is Essex star James 'Diags' Bennewith, X Factor's Stevi Ritchie, Big Brother's Lateysha Grace, EastEnders' Riley Carter-Millington and comedian Danny Miles.
Arriving at the retreat with emotional baggage and unhealthy cravings, the famous faces turn to outspoken Russian taskmaster Galia Grainger, AKA the ‘Slim Reaper’, to help them conquer bad habits ranging from smoking, to sugar and takeaways.
Galia's strict methods start with breaking down her guests and pummelling their celebrity egos into submission before their transformation can begin. As she enforces a daily diet of just 400 calories and over eight hours of intense and at times unconventional training, resistance is futile!
